[UNOFFICIAL] METRO MANILA FILM FESTIVAL (MMFF) 2019 BOX OFFICE RANKING UPDATE.

The 45th edition of the annual festival reached P955 million in total ticket sales, 4.5% short of the P1-billion target, an executive committee announced on Wednesday. They are, in no particular order: Viva Films’ “Miracle in Cell No. 7,” Star Cinema and Viva Films’ “The Mall, the Merrier,” CCM Productions’ “3pol Trobol: Huli Ka Balbon!”, and APT Entertainment’s “Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity.” - ABS-CBN News Posted at Jan 08 2020 04:32 PM | Updated as of Jan 08 2020 04:57 PM

The official ranking of the eight competing films is expected to be revealed after New Year as it was withheld by producers and the Executive Committee (ExeCom) to avoid the bandwagon effect.

The film festival will run until January 7, 2020.
