SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Meanwhile, at 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 480 km East Southeast of Davao City (5.6 °N, 129.5 °E).
REGIONAL FORECAST
Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of Low Pressure/Tail End of Cold Front. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rainsd due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact
Rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
