List of Filipino Cases of COVID-2019 in the Philippines:


*RED FLAG - LOCAL TRANSMISSION CASE

1. Chinese Women from Wuhan, China [RECOVERED]
2. Tagged as the Philippines' second confirmed 2019-nCoV case, a 44-year-old Chinese man, who arrived from Wuhan, China via Hong Kong last Jan. 21, 2020, died on Saturday, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said. 

"This is the first reported death outside China," Dr. Rabindra Abeyasinghe, WHO Representative in the Philippines, said in a news conference with Duque.

4.  The fourth confirmed COVID-19 case is an employee in Taguig City. Health Chief Francisco Duque III confirmed that a 48-year-old lawyer, who has a travel history from Japan, is an employee of the multinational consultancy firm Deloitte Philippines located at the Net Lima Plaza in Bonifacio Global City. 

5. [1st CASE of LOCAL TRANSMISSION] The fifth confirmed case is a resident of Cainta, Rizal.  Duque also confirmed that the 5th patient  and the very first case of local transmission of the deadly virus is in a "critical condition" is a 62-year-old Filipino who was diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. He is a regular visitor at a Muslim prayer hall in Barangay Greenhills in San Juan City.

Cainta Mayor Johnielle Nieto assured the public that the fifth patient infected with COVID-19, is one of the local cases in the Philippines, and had no personal contact with his neighbors at Filinvest East Homes.

6. The sixth confirmed case is a  59-year old female who presented with cough and was admitted at the Research Institute of Tropical Medicine or RITM on March 5.  Wife of the individual designated as case number 5; first confirmed case of local transmission. (Total Case Rank:6th)

7.  The patient is a 38 year old Taiwanese with history of contact with another Taiwanese national who visited the country and tested positive for COVID-19 in Taiwan.

8.  32 years old Filipino Male who recently traveled to Japan.

9. 86 years old American Male that has pre-existing hypertension and history of travel to the US and South Korea.

10. 57 years old Filipino Male that has no recent travel history. His exposure is still under investigation.
