What should I do if I forgot my MPIN?

Forgot your MPIN? Don't panic. You can easily recover your MPIN whether or not you have set up Account Authentication details. Just follow the steps below.

I have set up Account Authentication
Step 1. Click Forgot MPIN in the Login Screen

Step 2. You will be sent an Authentication Code. Enter the code sent to your nominated recovery account.

Step 3. Answer the Security Questions and "Submit" to complete.

Step 4. Enter your new MPIN. Please remember your MPIN to be able to access and transact with GCash.

NOTE: Your new MPIN must be different from any of the three previously nominated MPINs.
