Highlights of Pres. Duterte's Public Address: NCR remains in GCQ; Cebu City in ECQ

Here are the Highlights of the President Rodrigo Duterte on its Public Address last June 30, 2020.

• Cebu remains in ECQ; NCR stays in GCQ.
• Pres. Duterte on lack of seating in airport terminal: inabot ko ang problema. I'm not washing my hands. This is a failure of government.
• Pres. Duterte says if possible, terminate contracts of restaurants in NAIA terminals , area to be replaced with seats
• Pres. Duterte peeved at NAIA’s lack of seats; asks DOTR Sec. Art Tugade to remove restaurant in front and place seats there
• Pres. Duterte: cebu is now the hotspot. Kasi hindi kayo sumunod
• Pres. Duterte: Ang Maynila and Greater Manila area medyo may substantial compliance, may violation but not in the scale I've seen (like in Cebu) 
• Pres. Duterte on DOH Sec. Francisco Duque III: trust is not press release, hindi ko sya kunin kung incompetent sya
• Pres. Duterte: Maniwala lang kayo sa gobyerno. Hindi na lang para sa amin; he was asking seniors, young ones to stay home
• DOF Sec. Sonny Dominguez: Calabarzon, NCR should move to MGCQ as quickly as possible; 67% of economy is based on these areas
• Pres. Duterte repeating areas under community quarantines for emphasis
• Health Sec. Francisco Duque III: all the others not mentioned in ECQ, GCQ, MGCQ will be under low risk classification
