SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 960 km East Northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (14.0 °N, 134.0 °E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Forecast Weather Conditions:

Ilocos provinces, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Southwest Monsoon / Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. [1]
