SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Silang, Cavite (14.2 °N, 121.0 °E).

TROPICAL DEPRESSION
LOCATION: 2,170 NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (31.8 °N, 139.7 °E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 45 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 55 KM/H
MOVEMENT: EAST NORTHEASTWARD AT 15 KM/H

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
