PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for LPA as of 12 September 2020.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 45 km North of Romblon, Romblon (13.0 °N, 122.3 °E).

ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 AM TODAY
TROPICAL DEPRESSION
LOCATION: 2,035 NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (31.0 °N, 138.6 °E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 45 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 55 KM/H
MOVEMENT: NORTH NORTHWESTWARD AT 30 KM/H

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS

CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Bicol Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
