SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 225 km West Northwest of Catarman, Northern Samar or at 40 km West of Pili, Camarines Sur. (13.6 °N, 122.9 °E).
According the weather specialist of PAGASA, the LPA is expected to develop into a Tropical Depression tomorrow or in the next coming days.
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, Mindanao and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during light to moderate with at times heavy rains.
The rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
