PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for TS "Leon"as of 4:00 AM 17 September 2020.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "LEON" (NOUL) was estimated based on all available data at 365 km North Northeast of Kalayaan, Palawan (14.2 °N, 114.8 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS

Visayas, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Caraga, Aurora, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TS / Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
