How to Check the Status of Maternity Notification

You can find here, on how to check whether your SSS Maternity Notification online was sent successfully. There are two means of verification, first is the confirmation you will receive from your email that you have successfully submitted your Maternity Notification to SSS providing your transaction details. The second one is to login your account to the SSS website. To guide you more, kindly follow the instructions below:
1. Open your Browser (Google, Mozilla, Opera...) and login to SSS online website or just click here: https://member.sss.gov.ph/
2. Click the Inquiry Tab > Sickness/Maternity > Sickness / Maternity Claim Info
3. Then click the Maternity Notification Tab. You will see your Transaction Number/Claim Number and the Status of the Notification whether accepted or not.
