ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 AM TODAY:
1. TYPHOON "IN-FA" (FORMERLY "FABIAN")
LOCATION: 630 KM NORTH NORTHEAST OF ITBAYAT, BATANES (25.7°N, 124.9°E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 140 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 170 KM/H
MOVEMENT: NORTHWARD AT 15 KM/H
2. TROPICAL STORM "NEPARTAK"
LOCATION: 2,855 KM EAST NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (24.9°N, 149.4°E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 65 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 90 KM/H
MOVEMENT: NORTH NORTHEASTWARD AT 15 KM/H
Forecast Weather Conditions
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Abra, Benguet, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, and Northern Palawan including Calamian Islands will experience Monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered to widespread moderate to at times heavy rains.
Western Visayas and the rest of Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.
While the rest of country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
