The IOS-LGU consists of two (2) parts: 

1. Part I covers all position titles applicable or may be created in municipalities, cities and provinces; and;
2. Part II covers position titles applicable or may be created in the barangays pursuant to Local Budget Circular No. 63 4  dated October 22, 1996.
