NBI files charges vs 6 suspects including 3 Chinese nationals.
According
to Sec. Aguirre, this drug raid operation is the most successful and biggest in the
country’s history confiscating 500 kilos of shabu that worth P3-B last
12-23-2016.
The
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Tuesday filed charges for violation
of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, against six suspects. The 3 chinese
were also charged for violating the Dangerous Drugs Act 2002. (section 8 and in relation to Section 26
Article 2 of Republic Act no. 9165)
