SYNOPSIS: At 2:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 760 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur(6.4 N, 132.9 E).Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Cloudy skies with moderate to Occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms: Caraga and Davao Region

Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms: Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, ARMM and SOCCSKSARGEN.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains: Regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley.
