SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at the vicinity of Motong, Zamboanga del Norte(7.5N, 122.2E).Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Yesterday at 11:00 AM, according to PAG-ASA website, the LPA is likely to develop to a Tropical Depression for the next 24 hours and we all hope that this should not be happened.
