SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.

ITCZ will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms at CARAGA and Davao Region.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies
with isolated light rains at places of Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative region and Cagayan Valley.

Localized thunderstorms will givePartly cloudy to cloudy skies
with isolated rainshowers at Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
