Derrick Pumaren resigns as Head Coach of Univerisity of the East (UE) according to sources posted on this day, November 22, 2017. 

Pumaren finished his UE coaching career with a record of 21 wins and 35 losses in UAAP.


As per Matthew Li of Tiebreaker Times, Alvin Pasaol torching the UAAP with his high-scoring ways and still has two years of eligibility, is thinking about his future with the team and is mulling a move to the PBA D-League.
