As per PAG-ASA Gale Warning update for: STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SURGE OF NORTHEAST MONSOON.

Issued at: 05:00 AM TODAY, 10 December 2017 : STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
With a weather condition of Cloudy skies with light rains, expect WIND FORCE 
(KPH / KNOTS) of (45 - 68) / (24 - 36), very rough in places of THE SEABOARDS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON ( Batanes, Calayan, Babuyan, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Provinces, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora and Zambales ). Wave heights range from 2.8 -5.0 meters.

While experience a Mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms with Rough to very rough sea condition, WIND FORCE (45 - 68) / (24 - 36) (KPH / KNOTS) and wave heights of ranging from 2.8 - 5.0 meters.
