As per PAG-ASA weather forecast synopsis update - Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

The provinces of Quezon and Camarines Norte will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Tail-End of a Cold Front.
Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains in places of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative region and Aurora province.

Northeast Monsoon will also bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies 
with isolated rains in places of Metro Manila, Ilocos region and the rest of Central Luzon.

Rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with 
isolated rainshowers especially over the eastern section due to Localized thunderstorms.

THE SEABOARD OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON (Batanes, Calayan, Babuyan, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Provinces, Launion, Pangasinan, Aurora, Zambales and also THE EASTERN SEABOARD OF SOUTHERN LUZON Northern Quezon including Polillo Island, and northern and eastern seaboards of Camarines provinces.)
