SOUTHERN LUZON PAGASA REGIONAL SERVICES DIVISION (SLPRSD) REGIONAL WEATHER FORECAST

Issued at : 5:00 AM , 04 December 2017 

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies except for isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Marinduque and Northern Samar which may cause possible flashfloods due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from Northeast to East will prevail with slight to moderate seas.

REGIONAL WEATHER FORECAST for NCR-PRSD

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail and the coastal waters will be moderate.

SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, of Visayas and of Mindanao.

Hinay ngadto sa kasarangan na hangin gikan sa Amihanang Silangan ngadto sa Silangan ang magpasulabi sa Visayas, Palawan ug Occidental Mindoro diin ang kadagatan hinay ngadto sa kasarangan ang pagbalod.

KAUGALINGONG DAYALEKTO: 
Ang tibuok dapit sa Mindanao makasinati sa panalagsang pagdag-um ngadto na sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga ulan, kilat ug pagpanalugdog tungod sa mga localized thunderstorms. Hinay ngadto na sa kasarangan ang hangin nga magagikan sa amihanang silangan ngadto nasa silangang direksyon ug hapsay ngadto na sa kasarangan ang pagbalud sa kadagatan.

STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN SEABOARDS OF NORTHERN LUZON  (Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur and northern coast of Cagayan.) will experience Cloudy skies with light rains with sea conditions of Rough to very rough, wave heights 3.4 TO 4.5m.

THE EASTERN SEABOARD OF NORTHERN LUZON (Isabela and Eastern coast of Cagayan) will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms with sea conditions of Rough to very rough, wave heights 3.4 TO 4.5m.
