As per PAG-ASA Weather Forecast synopsis update: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Visayas.

The Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring a Cloudy skies with scattered 

rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms in places of Visayas and the regions of MIMAROPA, Bicol, CARAGA, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula.

Metro Manila and the regions of Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Central Luzon and CALABARZON will be affected by Northeast Monsoon which will bring Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains.

Rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized thunderstorms.
