PAGASA Gale Warning Update for 03 January 2018.

Fishing boats and other small seacraft are advised not to venture out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves. 

As per PAG-ASA Gale Warning update issued at: 05:00 PM TODAY, 03 January 2018 - For: STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SURGE OF NORTHEAST MONSOON. 

STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

Note: WIND FORCE : (52 - 63) kph / (28 - 34 knots; WAVE HEIGHT (meters): 3.4 TO 4.5

Expect Cloudy skies with scattered rains with rough to very rough sea condition in the NORTHERN AND EASTERN SEABOARDS OF NORTHERN LUZON AND THE EASTERN SEABOARD OF CENTRAL LUZON (Batanes, Babuyan, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Isabela and Aurora).

Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms with rough to very rough sea condition in EASTERN SEABOARD OF SOUTHERN LUZON AND OF VISAYAS (Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes, Eastern coast of Albay, Eastern coast of Sorsogon, Eastern coast of Quezon including Polilio Island, Northern Samar and Eastern Samar)
