As per PAGASA Gale Warning update issued at: 05:00 PM TODAY, 05 January 2018 - For: STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SURGE OF NORTHEAST MONSOON. 

Seaboard WEATHER Conditions for the Gale Warning: "STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE FOLLOWING AREAS":

Note: WIND FORCE : (45 - 63) kph / (24 - 34 knots; WAVE HEIGHT (meters): 2.8 TO 4.5

Expect Cloudy skies with scattered rains with rough to very rough sea condition in the NORTHERN SEABOARD OF NORTHERN LUZON (Batanes). Lagay ng Panahon ngayong araw, 05 January 2018.
