Strong to gale force winds is expected to affect the following areas issued at: 05:00 AM TODAY, 28 January 2018 

THE EASTERN SEABOARD OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON  (Isabela and Eastern coast of Cagayan, Aurora)
WEATHER: Cloudy skies with scattered rains
WIND FORCE (KPH / KNOTS): (52 - 68) / (28 - 36)
SEA CONDITION: Rough to very rough
WAVE HEIGHT (meters): 3.4 to 5.0

THE EASTERN SEABOARD OF SOUTHERN LUZON, OF VISAYAS and OF MINDANAO (Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes, Eastern coast of Albay, Eastern coast of Sorsogon, Eastern coast of Quezon including Polilio Island, the northern and eastern coasts of Samar provinces , eastern coast of Leyte provinces, Surigao, Dinagat Island and Siargao.)
WEATHER: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms

SEA CONDITION: Rough to very rough

THE NORTHERN SEABOARD OF NORTHERN LUZON (Batanes, Calayan, Babuyan, Northern coast of Cagayan and Northern coast of Ilocos Norte)
WEATHER: Cloudy skies with scattered rains
WIND FORCE (KPH / KNOTS): (45 - 63) / (24 - 34)
SEA CONDITION: Rough to very rough
WAVE HEIGHT (meters): 2.8 to 4.5
