Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon issued at 4:00 PM today, 30 January 2018.

As of today, there is no Tropical Cyclone within Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains in Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley andAurora province.

Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Quezon povince. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains

Northeast Monsoon will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains in Ilocos Region and rest of Central Luzon.

Localized Thunderstorm will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers in Metro Manila and rest of the country.

Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon issued at 4:00 AM today, 30 January 2018.

Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative region, Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by Localized Thunderstorm. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains
