PAGASA: Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country - 21 February 2018.

Forecast Weather Condition

Easterlies will bring Cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorm in Bicol Region.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in places of Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolate will be experience in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorm.
