Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Eastern Visayas issued at:4:00 PM today, 04 February 2018.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains in Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Trough of LPA will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Eastern Visayas, Caraga and the province of Palawan. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderatewith at times heavy rains

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains caused by Northeast Monsoon.

Rest of the country will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm.
