Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Eastern Visaya issued at:4:00 AM today, 05 February 2018.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains in Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Trough of LPA will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Localized Thunderstorm will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with 
isolated rainshowers in Rest of the country.
