At 3:00 AM today, TheLow Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 505 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur(8.3 N, 130.9 E). Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Eastern Visayas.Northeast Monsoonaffecting Luzon.

Eastern Visayas and Caraga will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Tail-end of a Cold Front. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, Bicol Region and the provinces of Ilocos and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with 

isolated rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms.
