SYNOPSIS: Trough of Tropical Storm"JELAWAT"(international name) affecting Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon prevailing over Luzon.
Issued at:4:00 AM today, 26 March 2018Eastern Visayas and Caraga will experience a cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the "Trough of TS". Possible flooding or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
