PAGASA: TROPICAL STORM {JELAWAT} update as of March 27, 2018.

As of 3Am today, TROPICAL STORM {JELAWAT} is still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibiility (PAR) at distance of 1,005 KM EAST OF HINATUAN, SURIGAO DEL SUR (9.4 °N, 135.4 °E) with maximum sustained winds of  65 km/h near the center,, gustiness of up to 80 km/h moving northwest at 20km/hr.

SYNOPSIS:Northeast Monsoon prevailing over Luzon issued at 4:00 AM today, 27 March 2018.

Bicol region and Quezon province will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains caused by Northeast Monsoon but it has no no significant impact.

Metro Manila and rest of Luzon will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon but it has also no significant impact.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshower due to Localized thunderstorms but has no no significant impact.
