SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 100 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.1 N, 123.9 E ). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Eastern Visayas and Bicol Region will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by yhe Trough of LPA. Possible flooding in low lying areas.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon . Possible flooding in low lying areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. No significant impact.
