SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 485 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (18.1 N, 126.3 E ). Southwest Monsoon affecting the northern and western section of Northern Luzon.
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Bicol Region will experience Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorm due to Trough of LPA. Possible flooding in low lying areas.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding in low lying areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. No significant impact
