SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 190 km West of Clark, Pampanga (15.1 °N, 118.8 °E).
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Mindoro and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thundertorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flooding in low lying areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains
