JOIN <space> act_code/Mobile#/FullName/NewUserID/SponsorID/PlacementUserID/A or B to 8724
Notes:
act_code = activation code [your sponsor will get it from the Stockist]
Mobile# = mobile no. of the new dealer
FullName = full name of the new dealer
NewUserID = new dealer’s unique ID
SponsorID = your dealership userID if you are the sponsor;
PlacementUserID = existing userID to which the new dealer be put under in your network structure;
A or B = the specific branch or leg of existing userID at which the new dealer be put under in your network structure;
You will be advised of the specific gateway to use after your dealership registration.
TO ACTIVATE NEW SYSTEM USERS [RETAILERS]
Only Dealers can activate a new Retailer or System User by texting the following:
ACT <space> MOBILE # of New Retailer to 8724

1. Type, Act 09081234567
2. Send it to your Gateway
HELP DESK PROCEDURES:
Whenever you have a problem running the business, e.g. reloading a customer, your best option is to contact the Help Desk directly, not the dealer or stockist, by following the steps below:
Type HELP <space> issue or concern <space> mobile number <space> trace number

To Encash your Available Commission Funds
You can withdraw your funds after you have complied with the required procedure on Fund Withdrawals.
Upon compliance of the required procedure, you can do this on your mobile phone:

Note:
No minimum load credit transfer.
Dealer can’t send load credits to fellow dealer.
Dealer can send load credits to any resellers.
Only Stockist can send load credits to any dealers and resellers.
LOAD CREDIT REPLENISHMENT BANK DEPOSIT
Steps:
1. Make the deposit to the following bank accounts:

2. You need to inform TPC about your deposit by sending an SMS command to TPC gateway. Complete details are found in your deposit slip. Please follow the following syntax:

Inform the TPC System about your payment
IMPORTANT:
You need to inform the TPC System about your electronic transfer by sending SMS Command from your registered cellphone to the recommended gateway, like so:
