TPC Quick Commands


Remember TPC Default Gateway: 8724

NEW DEALER REGISTRATION: 
JOIN <space> act_code/Mobile#/FullName/NewUserID/SponsorID/PlacementUserID/A or B to 8724

Notes:
act_code = activation code [your sponsor will get it from the Stockist]
Mobile# = mobile no. of the new dealer
FullName = full name of the new dealer
NewUserID = new dealer’s unique ID
SponsorID = your dealership userID if you are the sponsor;
PlacementUserID = existing userID to which the new dealer be put under in your network structure;
A or B = the specific branch or leg of existing userID at which the new dealer be put under in your network structure;

You will be advised of the specific gateway to use after your dealership registration.

TO ACTIVATE NEW SYSTEM USERS  [RETAILERS]

Only Dealers can activate a new Retailer or System User by texting the following:
ACT <space> MOBILE # of  New  Retailer to 8724

Example 3:
Suppose you want to activate a new retailer with mobile no. 09081234567…
1. Type, Act 09081234567

2. Send it to your Gateway

HELP DESK PROCEDURES:
Whenever you have a problem running the business, e.g. reloading a customer, your best option is to contact the Help Desk directly, not the dealer or stockist, by following the steps below:

Type HELP <space> issue or concern <space> mobile number <space> trace number
Send it to gateway
Example4:

HELP walang load na dumating 09081234567 7654321
… send it to gateway

SPECIAL COMMANDS: *Special commands charge P2.00 to your Cfund or LoadCredit.
To know your current Load Credit balance,
Type BAL
Send it to your Gateway
Example: Bal
… send it to your Gateway

To know your Available Commission Funds
Type Afund
Send it to your Gateway
Example: Afund
… send it to your Gateway

To know your current Commission Funds
type Cfund
Send it to your Gateway
Example:Cfund
… send it to your Gateway

To convert your available Commission Funds
type CONVERT<space>AMT
Send it to your Gateway
Example: CONVERT 200
… send it to your Gateway
Notes:
Minimum funds to convert is 200
Charge P5.00 to your Cfund or LoadCredit. Realtime crediting!


To Encash your Available Commission Funds
You can withdraw your funds after you have  complied with the required procedure on Fund Withdrawals.
Upon compliance of the required procedure, you can do this on your mobile phone:
 type ENCASH<space>AMT<space>DETAILS
Send it to your Gateway
Example:
ENCASH 550 Juan Dela Cruz 4234567890
… send it to your Gateway
Notes:
The information on the “Details” should be consistent with your submitted bank account /documents re Fund Withdrawals;
Minimum funds to encash is 550
Charge P50.00 to your Cfund or LoadCredit.
Daily Encashment, Same-Day Crediting, Cut Off 1PM

TO SEND LOAD
Type Mobile number of recipient<space>Product code
Send it to your Gateway
For mobile loads like Globe, Smart, Sun, TNT & TM
Example: 09171234567 30
… send it to your Gateway

TO SEND LOAD CREDITS / TO TRANSFER LOAD CREDIT TO A SYSTEM USERS
Type Mobile number<space>LCAmount
Example: 09123456789 LC100
… send it to your Gateway
Note:
No minimum load credit transfer.
Dealer can’t send load credits to fellow dealer.
Dealer can send load credits to any resellers.

Only Stockist can send load credits to any dealers and resellers.

LOAD CREDIT REPLENISHMENT BANK DEPOSIT
Steps:
1. Make the deposit to the following bank accounts:
Account Name: TelePreneur Corp.

BPI
Account Number: 1953-1084-33

BDO
Account Number: 1678-0117-16 

EastWest
Account Number: 1770-2000-939

PNB
Account Number: 5394-8940-0018 

Metrobank
Account Number: 480-3-48023507-0
IMPORTANT
A minimum amount of P300 is required for load credit bank replenishment. 
2. You need to inform TPC about your deposit by sending an SMS command to TPC gateway.  Complete details are found in your deposit slip. Please follow the following syntax:

Type:
DEP<space>Date&Time/Amount/Ref#/Bank Branch
Example: 
DEP Aug24/10:01/5000/348MAT8/BPI PUERTO PRINCESA

… send it to your Gateway

ELECTRONIC TRANSFER thru SmartMoney (SMoney) for Immediate LC Crediting
Send your payment to TelePreneur Corp. Smart Money Number: 5577 5193 3244 8100
Inform the TPC System about your payment
IMPORTANT:
You need to inform the TPC System about your electronic transfer by sending SMS Command from your registered cellphone to the recommended gateway, like so:
Type: DEP SM<space>Reference Number
Send it to your Gateway
Example: DEP SM 060470446860
… send it to your Gateway

Notes:
Sometimes, TPC will ask you to send the whole SmartMoney confirmation message through the DEP keyword, like so:

I am still waiting for my load to arrive..I have load my mobile number at bamban but the load still not yet arrive..the outlet can't refund my money because it was already deducted to their load wallet balance..pls kindly address this matter..my mobile number is 09270716035 you can track that I have load that number but I am still not receiving any

  4. I'm still waiting for my laod . Nag laod SA akin Ang dealer para maging reseller ako first time ko piro Ang laod Wala pa. Globe gamit ko 0916 bakit Hindi ko Rin mag check balance SA GETAWAY #. NYO AYAW MAG SEND

    Ask po sana ako kung paano po maretrieve yong google authenticator account ng direct dealer ko hindi na po kasi sya makaopen sa kanyang web Account dahil invalid daw po ang code kahit may time pa naman po sa google authenticator.

  7. Pa help po!! Paano ko po ba makukuha yung pin# ng cignal po ganito po kasi yun ngload po ako ng SD450 sa gateway number na ito 09967620199 tapos nbawasan na load ko ng 450 sa gateway tapos hindi po ako binigyan ng pin# pra sa cignal po, ng txt ako ng help ela din pong reply paano ko po makukuha yung pin# po pra maload kona po sa box? Hoping for your reply

  9. Hello this is Jeson Buba hanggang ngayon po hindi ko pa natatanggap ang load 2days napo. Nagsend napo ako ng RF 743252641 hanggang ngayon wala pa. Are you really serious not yo refund my load in fact I really send my request. Please naman po. You said you will respond in asap or 24 hours but it's really 48 hours na.
