PAGASA Weather Update for LPA as of 4:00 PM 13 July 2018.

SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of the country. Meanwhile at 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 500 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.0 N, 130.3 E).

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Southwest Monsoon will bring Monsoon Rains in places of Western Visayas, Palawan, Mindoro, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite and Batangas. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains

While the Southwest Monsoon/Trough of LPA will also cause Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Metro Manila, Caraga, Eastern Visayas, Bulacan and Pampanga. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains

Rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains
