SEVERE TROPICAL STORM "MARIA"   (International name) LOCATION (AS OF 3PM): 2,050 KM EAST OF SOUTHERN LUZON (14.5 °N, 143.2 °E) (OUTSIDE PAR) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 90 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 115 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWEST 15 KM?H

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and the provinces of Palawan and Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains

Metro Manila and the rest of  the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains
