SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center o
f Tropical Storm "INDAY" was estimated based on all available data at 995 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.5 °N, 131.3 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. Moving Northwest at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bataan, Zambales, Batanes, and Babuyan Group of Island will experience Monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate with occasional heavy rains
The rest of Luzon will experience Occasional rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains
Visayas and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
