Synopsis Issued at 4:00 AM today, 22 July 2018 At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Josie" was estimated based on all available data at 140 km North Northeast of Calayan, Cagayan (20.3 N, 122.2 E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 60 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northeast at 35 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
