Meanwhile, another LPA was estimated based on all available data at 545 km West of Subic, Zambales (14.0 N, 115.3 E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.Forecast Weather Conditions:
Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and ARMM will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila, Bicol Region, and the rest of CALABARZON, Central Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to occasionally heavy rains or thunderstorms.
