SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 735 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (23.5 °N, 128.3 °E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon. Meanwhile, the center of Severe Tropical Storm LEEPI was estimated based on all available data at 1,705 km Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (OUTSIDE PAR)(30.5 °N, 134.8 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 90 km/h and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 30 km/h.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales, and Bataan will experience Monsoon Rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to moderate to occasional heavy rains.
Metro Manila, Occidental Mindoro,CALABARZON, and the rest of Central Luzon will expereince Occasional Rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.
The rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.
