SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 630  km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.7N, 131.5 E). Southwest Monsoon  affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. TYPHOON  JEBI @ 03:00 PM LOCATION: 2,775 KM EAST OF  NORTHERN LUZON  (17.8N, 147.9E) [OUTSIDE PAR] MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS:   160 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO   195 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST AT 20 KM/H   

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Visayas and Mindanao will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA.  Possible flash floods and landslides due to  severe thunderstorms.

Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.  Possible flash floods and landslides due to  severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the  rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods and landslides due to  severe thunderstorms.
