PAGASA Weather Update for Southwest Monsoon as of 4:00 AM 01 August 2018.

SYNOPSIS:  Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Western Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and ARMM  will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to SW Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.

Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, rest of MIMAROPA, rest of Visayas and of Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to SW Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.

Northern and Central Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.
