SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
NCR_PRSD Weather Situation:Partly cloudy to cloudy skies w/ isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from southwest will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
