SYNOPSIS:  Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and ARMM will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.

Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, and the rest of MIMAROPA, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms

Northern and Central Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.
