SYNOPSIS:  Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
- Weather Situation:Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from southwest to west will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
