PAGASA Weather Update as for LPA and Southwest Monsoon as of 07 September 2018.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Rosales, Pangasinan (15.8N, 120.6E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas. 

PAGASA WEATHER FORECAST:

Ilocos Region, CAR, Cagayan Valley Region, and Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm due to LPA / Southwest Monsoon.  Possible floodings and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Palawan, Mindoro, and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm due to Southwest Monsoon.  Possible flash floods and landslides due to severe thunderstorm.

Metro Manila and rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Possible flash floods and landslides due to severe thunderstorm.
