PAGASA Weather Update for New LPA and Southwest Monsoon as of 4:00 AM 07 September 2018.

Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, Low Pressure Areas (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 130 km West of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro (13.2N, 120.0E). Meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available  datat at 695 km East of Northeast of Basco Batanes (21.9N, 128.5E). Southwest Monsoon affectingL uzon and Visayas.

Forecast Weather Condition: 

Palawan and Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by LPA while Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm due to Southwest Monsoon.
