Synopsis: SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Neneng" was estimated based on all available data at 275 km West Northwest of Basco, Batanes (21.0°N, 119.4°E)(OUTSIDE PAR) with maximum sustained winds of 60 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 75 km/h. It is moving West Southwest at 20 km/h.
